I can also provide representation for clients wishing to plan ahead by getting their wills and advance directives prepared, families needing estates probated, guardianships and conservatorships. These can be some of the most difficult times for individuals and families, if they are dealing with the loss or decline of a loved one, and having to deal with the transfer of an estate or start to physically or financially take responsibility for another. I can assist you in the complex arena of the court system, allowing you to more effectively deal with the many other demands such care makes necessary.
